“It is too late to just start to dig a well when you feel thirsty”.
 - A Chinese proverb.

Traditional Chinese Medicine, before western medicine was introduced into China, was the only medicine for the Chinese people for thousands of years.Even in today’s China, along new research and development, Traditional Chinese Medicine is an extremely rich discipline, built upon the combined experiences of famous practitioners of past dynasties, and the extensive books of medical writings they produced.

The theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine are quite different from Western medicine. TCM considers Nature and Human Beings to form a single whole, and emphasizes the philosophical concept known as "The Unity of Heaven and Man." 天人合一。A simple way to understand this is: each one of us is a small Yin and Yang, and expected to harmonize with the big Yin and Yang of the nature of the universe.     Keeping the harmony and balance of the Yin and Yang in human's body is the fundamental of the health.
